Confirm the size of the gift box, need to provide the accurate outer diameter of the gift box, if not sure the size of the gift box can be directly sent to the sample by the engineering department to adjust the appropriate size. The customer needs to provide AI, PS, PDF high-definition files or page files according to your requirements. The lining of the gift needs precise size, and the sample can be sent directly to be adjusted more accurately according to the actual item. After confirming the requirements of the gift box, if you just want to see the approximate effect of the gift box, you can first produce a digital sample, the cost is lower.Production, packaging and transportation
After the sample is confirmed, we will start mass production. The production process is as follows:
Design and layout documents → process machine → die cutting → assembly line → Assembly → Glue →100% visual inspection → Packing → stacking → Delivery → confirmation of receipt
After mass production and FQC, we will pack the quality products in plastic bags and then pack them in cartons. If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on the tray. We will use blank cartons for packing less. Of course, if you need to customize cartons, we can also do it, but it needs more money.
We will then ship our goods, in small quantities, usually by express shipping such as fedex ups, dhl, fedex, or by air. If the quantity is large, it is usually transported by ship or overland.
